For any avid swimmers out there, I'm sure they experience what I do. It's called chlorine burn, or thats what I call it. I push 20 hours a week in a pool, and even a lengthy shower doesn't get all the chlorine off me. So a few hours later, when I'm laying in bed my skin starts to burn and get itchy and it's really really annoying. The only cure I have found is about 3 showers in a row, which is pretty wasteful.....on to the idea:

Swimmers soap: specially formulated to get the chlorine off my skin, so I can get some sleep. I haven't really thought too deep as to the actual chemistry of the soap, but I'm sure there's got to be something

Try a soap made on coconut oil. Coconut soap will lather in salt water, as the stearate molecule is different to normal soap. It should take care of the chlorine ions, as it does in seawater.

Hmmm, sounds test worthy, but I dunno what I will look like lathering up with coconut oil after practice....
