Swiss Army Table

Swiss Army Table has a number of leaves that can be swung out and locked in place for different purposes, then retracted when no longer needed. Each table is fully customised to the owner's individual requirements.

Some of examples of available leaves are listed:

The single cup of coffee leaf - with a hole in it, and a variety of filler disks, enabling any size of coffee cup/mug to be securely dropped into place, with no risk of spillage if the table is nudged.

The easy wipe dirty palette leaf - for mixing paints etc

The musical leaf - fan of rulers, that can be twanged to play a tune.

The finger of God leaf - looks like finger of God from the famous Leonardo Da Vinci painting. De Lux version can be made to point towards guests and wag finger using remote control.

The spaghetti strainer - let's you strain spaghetti.

Cat-scratching post leaf - swings out, then rotates to go into vertical position.

Snail leaf - swings out, then drops down at an angle to the floor to allow snails to ascend - angled ramp treated with special snail attracting chemical - when they get to the top they fall through a hole into a container to be taken away. (I used to live in a house that received nocturnal visits from snails.)

Swiss Army Table in fact has a limitless number of leaf options, and I could go on to list many more, but please don't turn this idea into a list :-)

The final leaf is of course The De Selby Leaf, which contains a regressing set of leaves, each of which contains a leaf depicting itself.

//De Lux version// Shouldn't that be the Fiat Lux version? And will it write Mene Mene Tekel in nontoxic ink?

Of course the painting, to which one leaf refers, was by Michelangelo, and not Leonardo Da Vinci (hangs head in shame, apart from no-one spotting the faux-pas except me)
