You can buy hot water dispensers that are plumbed in, that saves the hassle of filling the kettle.

For the ultimate in labour saved tea-making BS Co brings you the "Tea Bags Made". Once the water heater is set up, fill the cleanable hoppers with tea leaves, sugar and milk (the latter is chilled). Next load the 'bags on a roll' into the 'bags on a roll' compartment.

When a mug is placed on the pressure sensitive pad, a portion of tea is dropped into a bag from the roll, the cup filled with hot water and the bag jiggled about in it for a couple of minutes before being ejected into the used bag hopper.

A camera monitoring the mug recognises some scanable code, barcode, QR code, that sort of thing. If you haven't applied a sticker to your mug, the machine can be preset with the amount of milk and sugar you like.

It goes ping! when the tea is ready for consumption.

No doubt the resulting liquid will taste almost (but not quite) entirely unlike tea......
