Babies love my voice (deeper than Sawyers is). I wasnt sure when I first talked to my kids, before they were born, whether they squirmed and kicked because they liked it, or it scared them. Im frequently asked to hold babies because they calm down, listen intently, seem to like it, etc. My only concern is that they are reacting to my voice, not their parents. Such is the case with this idea. Good, bad, who knows? Just something to think about. + |

I like that idea a lot. For the super
obsessed Star Wars fans, you could
decorate the crib in black and play the
Star Wars theme song as a lullaby. |

And that was so weird that Sawyer's
voice was the only thing that could calm
the baby down since Sawyer is sort of a
bad character. Maybe his southern
accent has something to with it too. |

Caution: Playing lullabyes from Fran Drescher to your children may result in patricidal tendencies. |
