The wave of the future is all in whether or not man and machine can interact very well or not. Thusly, I say that if a human can beat the highest score on a video game that tests for the required skills for a job, that they are in fact entitled to that job.

Also, if somebody can beat your highest score, then they are entitled to your job as well; NO CHEAT CODES though!

       I suppose America's Army could be seen like that. The sort of work for which i would go would need more of a text adventure system, i think.   

       I would have thought some jobs would need the kind of ingenuity finding cheat codes requires, for instance sales or espionage.
