There's really nothing great you can turn to in order to have MOMA-Guggenheim-Whitney-Met level video art all the time. Music videos are so in your face. I would watch this channel. The programming would revolve around curators. A corresponding website to let people order the DVDs of stuff they loved as well.

       I'd pay for it. (I rarely have the time to watch all the videos in art museum installations.)   

       Then again, it had better have an most popular video type format - some of that video art is pretty, well, dull.
