Train aardvarks to replace pigs

The basis of truffle farming is to use a pig or truffle hound to find the fungus below the soil. Aardvarks are an animal that already finds it's food below ground, and could be trained to be more efficient than pigs etc. "That's a good boy, give me the truffle and I'll let you have an ant".
