Very simple - a bluetooth-enabled vibrating motor attached to a sticky patch (like a sticking plaster) that you attach to some part of your body. When your phone rings, the patch vibrates, even if your phone is in your handbag or on your desk in the other room (or you're walking outdoors and miss the
phone vibrating)...
