Lose weight and play games at the same time

This idea is inspired by my fat little brother who sits around and does nothing but play video games. And he gets fatter everyday. Why not make it impossible to play the games without exerciseing. Take the power source of the Playstation or whatever console your on and make it so that it is only on if the treadmill belt is rotating at a certain RPM. This way my fat little brothers' growth rate and the fat epedemic of our lazy world can come to end.

People have been working successfully in the area of combining treadmills and recreation computing for some time. See the link I have provided for a single example of this.

I have also heard about TV sets that turn themselves off when the kid watching them stops concentrating. Combine the two and it's baked.

Check out those Power Pad sales figures! Whee-hoo!

It could be taken a step further, too. Only run educational programs on television stations using this power generation method, with a bias towards language, written comprehension and social integration skills.

then no kid would use it unabubba

Just give your kid brother a DanceDanceRevolution game and pad. That oughtta thin him down a bit (and build up his resistance to ridicule also ;^))

I'm waiting for Morris Dance Dance Revolution.

What About a game where you have Matrix like powers and you have to "dance" to evade your oppressors and you have "dance" to pull off combos and knock you opponets out. I really do hate killing humans in Videogames, retaded / smart evil creatares of Doom/ Metroid/ Aliens/ DInosaurs/ Zombies/ Vampires /Machines I can handle. I just have to take a stand against intelligent human death. Terrorists are idiots, and so are criminals.

There is a section in one of my gyms for "children", it is always supervised by trainers and all treadmills and bikes are equipped with playstation as well as TV/DVD players...
