Express Vinegar Delivery

A niche has opened in some sectors of the 'restaurant' market. Recent market research (see link) indicates an unfulfilled public need for the condiment vinegar.

While vinegar is readily available in shops, and upon request in the 'high quality' restaurant sector, it appears that there is insufficient supply of vinegar in the medium-to-low end of the market creating a 'sourness deficient' bracket of foods.

To take advantage of this need, here is proposed a special courier service to act on call to deliver a variety of condiments to a customer (no matter their whereabouts) for immediate use. A delivery vehicle (nominally some sporty saloon - expensive enough to be flashy but not so much as to alienate the customers at the medium to low establishment) shall be based at a city centre depot and fiited out with a myriad of vinegars to meet the perceived need.

One phone call is all that is required. Within seconds, a highly trained operative shall dash into your restaurant to supply vinegar - balsamic, cider, rice wine or just a good malt.

"VIneCar, delivering sharpness, tartness and happiness!"

[thumbwax]: Yes, yes thats me (don't I look fetching in a stetson? - I really should put that in the calender)... Before anyone questions this, there are other sites on google...They all pale by comparison to VineCar however - By sticking to their prime business they will wipe aside all other emergency vinegar delivery companies. By specifically targetting the need that was indicated by the research and providing fast, reliable sourness to the world VineCar will succeed.

Could we not have fresh vinegar delivered to homes and commercial premises every morning, like milk ?

But then, imagine what would happen if the combined milk/vinegar float crashed, and the two liquids mixed .........

What is a sporty saloon? Is it a roving vinegar sports bar?

This is genius! I can see a whole line of custom made vinegar products for distribution, maybe it could be incorperated into the vinegar restaurant idea. Home delivery perhaps?

Hmmm, home delivery. You could have VineCar deliver tanks of vinegar to homes much like the Culligan company delivers tanks of drinking water. We don't use enough vinegar in my house to justify using such a service myself, but there may be a market nonetheless.

Fast-response delivery should be done by motorbike in the city. Much faster than a "sporty saloon".

Great product title! VineCar makes very nice visual wordplay and a phonetic pun. (vin-i-ger=vin-i-car) I'm on board with Mayfly. Delivery should be done with a Vespa powered miniture 3-wheeled delivery lorry. One wheel forward and two in the rear. A one person cab, with an open flatbed with a 4 ft tall wooden gabel-easel. The easel would hold about 40 bottles. 20 on each side. The easle is lined with simple shaped, bottle holding alcoves or niches. A heavy weight canvas panel rolls up or down and covers the bottles during transport. Rolling up a canvas side panel reveals the vineger bottles stacked in rows up the panels that comprise the easel. While driving this machine, a pleasant jingle of the bottles can be heard, as they jiggle, to and 'fro.

Just think of the spin-off titles for such a service.

"VINEGAR ON DEMAND!" "VINEGAR NOW!" "VINEGAR ON THE SPOT!" (Extreme-Vinegar-Express) "Vinegar-at-your-door" vinegar- gonna- getchoo......... ..........................
