...a watch that uses the magic of Bluetooth to control a whole host of transport and media related functions.
I use a W800i phone as both a radio and a walkman, with the unit itself buried inside a holster and in this cold weather, under quite a few layers of fleece and coat.
It would be very
useful if my watch were Bluetooth capable, and could present a mode whereby its buttons or a touchscreen arrangement could turn the volume up/down, change station or track, etc.
Of course, the day that Apple makes a Bluetooth iPod, then those units could join in too.

So it's a remote? This appears to be an idea whose time came and went - there were a number of Bluetooth wristwatches in 2001 (see second link). |

Whatever did happen to Bluetooth, anyway? And why don't cellphones have a wristwatch form factor in the first place? Ah, they do, in technologically advanced places like the Far East. Sheesh - the US is *such* an electronic backwater. |
