Mints should offer a service where they will put your face on some of the currency going into cirulation for a fee. Not only would the mint turn a profit (There would be service fees of course) but collectors would be happy because there would be a lot more currency to collect, and of course the people
paying to be on money would be happy because they would have their face in the minds of every person with pocket change for decades. And since the faces would be on pennies and not some more valuble currency their would be little risk of any counterfeit opperations popping up.

I'd like it if someone could modify (okay, redesign) those arcade/curio coin masher machines to put your own picture on blank coin stock. There'd be so many issues to solve though that it probably wouldn't be very practical. |

Similarly, having your face stamped into the coin is difficult, because you'd have to configure the stamp. Instead, you could laser etch or micro-mill a digital image into the coin. |
