I like to go through halfbakery without missing any ideas. The fact that visited link colors are different is very important for this so I don't waste time clicking an idea twice. However, when I'm particularly absent-minded I click the same idea twice in a row because when I go back the link is still in black, when it ought to be in red. This can very easily be fixed by just making alink the red color. Or you could even make it a new color all together.

See the section on the left named "Idea"? See the item named "view"? Click on it and a whole new world will open before your eyes.

And remember: If the HalfBakery does (not) do something, there's probably a reason for it.

I suppose the fact that someone picks on as small a detail as this means that you've done all the big/important things seamlessly, jutta.

I only wish I had something bigger (and more substantial) than an imaginary hat to tip in your direction.

Thanks jutta. It was such a tiny annoyance I barely noticed it before, but I noticed the difference when you changed it.

Thanks, works great now. The idea totally wasn't meant to rag on your site, everything about this site is perfect. Just figured it was something insanely easy for you to change so might as well.

What browser are you guys using that you'd notice this difference? The colour of the link while you're clicking it... how the heck would you even notice that, let alone how could that possibly help any sort of situation? Not arguing, just mystified. 'alink' couldn't possibly be useful in this regard.

(When I 'go back', the link is red, and always was.)

IE 6 is what I have right now, and is what I'd blame. The color flickered a bit when you'd put your mouse over it - not a problem. However, sometimes it would change a red link back to black. BTW: I didn't have the same issues as cal, which I suspect were more from people changing the title of their idea.
