arm lengthening for people with no legs
Lengthen the arms of people with no legs so they can walk on them.

If you've got no legs wouldn't it be convenient if your arms could be made 1-2 feet longer. The link below shows leg lengthening in action. Could this be used on arms, maybe. If so then people with no legs could walk on their hands instead.
