If humanity are going to have outflows into the sea , i propose raising the energy and complexity level by having a specialized tank of the processed sewage that can be released while falling into deep ocean . The tank or missile would descend slowly mixing the contained solution with ocean strata . detail: Holes with seals might be designed to break at varying pressures . The container shape could also be designed for future ocean life growth .
