Restraunt critics dont really need any solid qualifications to get thier jobs, and yet they arguably hold the power to make or break a restraunt. Perhaps after a restraunt critic has ate in a place he is going to review he should be obligated to make himself known to the restraunt owner and allow him
to submit a rebutle, or even a critique of the reviewers behavior, they could apoligize and claim it was an off day, or mention why the food critic may be biased for example; they were too drunk to even taste anything by the time orderves came, or that they ate the meal without chewing. Bite Back
