I make pizzas at work and the Pepperoni and cheese is so greasy that I usually sop up the grease with napkins. I would like to see a cutting board, that comes with a top rag, that mends itself when cut and also soaks up the grease. The top rag would sop up grease also, making the pizza more healthy and neater to eat.

Or something like a fine, strong mesh that would allow liquids through but not solids. With a collector pan beneath it it should work...

The pizza is greasy on the top, and not usually on the bottom. I don't see how a cutting board would help.

If your pizza is swilling grease, maybe you need a different topping. I always cut up mine with kitchen scissors anyway, which seems to be grease tolerant.

       Perhaps pizza-shaped napkins?
