Okay, this might be cool: A bar serving only hot drinks. Not just sake and glogg, but hot-buttered rum, hot spiked cider, etc.

The temperature of the place could be kept at 60 degrees F, making such a place appropriate for Florida, etc.

How about just cups of hot butter?

I like hot drinks, but I don’t know what would be the appeal of excluding cold drinks from the menu.

It's a *theme-* bar. Beloved by a devoted few.

I could see this in Vegas...

You know what would be totally hot? A theme bar that served only cold drinks, and not just root beer and sasparilla, but Sprite and lemonade, too.

I could see this in Pittsburgh...

A Bloody Mary with extra Tabasco sauce is pretty hot.

I like the contrast between cold interior environment and hot drinks in an warm exterior environment.
