Perhaps I’m talking to the wrong age group, but does anyone remember how some early transformers toys could be joined together to create a larger robot? Some other examples of this marketing ploy were power rangers toys that connected together to form the megazord, or the Inspector Gadget figure from
Mc Donalds figure that had to be built piece by piece. This was a brilliant selling technique of course because the to get the must sought after toy you would have to by every single figure in the whole line which I assume many children did.
Although Brand loyalty is slightly less important now as half of the universe is owned by The AOL Time Warner Conglomerate and we have little choice not to buy one of there products, companies should make certain products that are compatible and joinable together, for instance a new Audi, and a new Imac should be able to transform into a Giant, super-intelligent break dancing robot, or perhaps a backpack from the Gap, a two liter bottle of Pepsi twist, and an Emerson ceiling Fan could be interlocked together to form a personal helicopter.

Nice idea. They sell Bionicle transformers where three will make one big one. I think you should interlock this category with product, toy and other, relationships. |

This is brilliant!!! Why don't we take it one step further and make our whole society made up of lego!! --see 'lego houses' or whatever other topic about building real things from lego... :) |

The trick obviously is to add value as the product interlocks and grows in size. |
