Go-kart with front mounted rotating brush to flick up litter as you race flatout over grassed reserves and grit your teeth as you hang on to embarkments .

Maybe net or vacuum system to collect debris . Details of trapping the cloud of litter abit nebulous .

The fear the excitement , and the social / enviroment good .

Since most things tire with repetition , maybe a 200 hour community service punishment .
