       It's still much faster and safer to run a herd of sheep/goats/cows over a minefield instead. Also, everyone gets free meat (and various other body parts) when the animals finish clearing!

       So you reduce the probability of hitting a mine, but that chance still remains. And if you happen to stick it to one of those mines, unless you have some kind of butt armour, you'll still be unpleasantly violated up the arse. And you'll come tumbling down body sprawled into a field of mines, now multiplying your chances of getting fully blown up.   

       However, if I was forced to run across a mine field and their was a pair of stilts available. I'd honestly consider using it.

       Wait... Is this just for getting across a minefield, or is this to actually clear a mine field of mines? I've gots a bad feeling about this
