this diet is enforced by having speciall pins in your ass that really hurt when you sit. you can rest by laying down, but you cant sit. so you either sleep or rest or stand or walk thereby burning lots of calories.

I'm on exactly this diet. I have a baby who screams if you sit down when you're holding him. Eating, chatting, watching telly, everything must be done standing. I'm sure it's very good for me. |

How about a diet enforced by having sharp pins in your tongue, that really hurt when you try to eat something? Or the infamous "toothache diet", along similar lines. |

I think it's a little unfair to point out that IF we used the word it was derived from IN another language AND historical era, the usage would be correct. Sadly that makes the usage no less wrong (unless you cue us in by using italics.) |

I'm just glad there was more involved than an honor system. Because, in my hectic opinion, anyone experiencing vanity pains has no time to be honorable. Maybe splitting the wood in all your chairs would help, too? |

tried pretending to walk while sitting--you know,
simulating the motions; no dice, she could tell the
difference. I think she could tell even when I was
just planning to try to sit down. I don't recall if it
was actually good for me, but somehow it's
become a pleasant memory. |

end up standing for a lot of the time. |

They got hemorrhoids if I remember the story correctly. Suggesting that the ark might have been an attempt at biological warfare rather than a highly valued relic (which you happened to bring to a major battle). Note how elaborate the construction details are on the ark, and the ease with which it fell into the hands of the enemy. |
