One of the most annoying parts of living in an inner-city suburb is the chavs and posers driving by at 3 mph blasting their bass for all it's worth at all hours of the day and night, shaking your house, rattling your windows, knocking pictures off the walls, waking the baby, etc...

That and speeding through neighborhoods with children.

I think a paintball gun turret mounted on poles on street corners that target low frequency audio sources, as well as anything moving faster than the speed limit, would stop them for fear of depimping their ride.

This would have the opposite effect of what 21 Quest wishes for. Far from being afraid of "depimping their ride", recipients will trigger these turrets on purpose and drive around with paint marks as a badge of insensitive thug honour.

We don't do cricket here. However, a baseball bat might do the trick quite nicely... more destructive than a cricket bat, too, due to the round shape.
