Kinda reminds me of the Family Guy episode when Peter grows a great bushy beard and a bird moves in an builds a nest inside it. He tried to remove it, and an EPA official tells him that he cannot move an occupied bird's nest in the state of Rhode Island, and he must wait for the bird to leave on its own. Then the bird has babies...
