So that when I install a browser on a new PC, at home or at work, I can easily set it up to any choice of mine from my favorite add-ons. Of course it will also give a chance to compare add-ons with other users. The site will enable me to easily install/update all my favorite add-ons with one click.

I wouldn't mind a cloud based solution for all applications. It could be a script for each application that re-configures it as I like it e.g. iexplore.mytweaks or msword.mytweaks. And by cloud based, I mean a folder on my computer with just these scripts in it, and not 'My Documents and Settings' which seems to contain gigabytes of somebody elses junk.
