I really doubt the bloods are going to use anything with blue in it.... maybe they could use infrared?...but they would have to be looking at the associate gang member for it to work.

Problem is that most gang members know each other very well, and often know their rivals very well. You're going to be recognized anyway. One other reason this won't work is that anybody using it will be seen as a coward for not having the pride to show off his/her gang's colors. Not very good for the "macho" image that gangs are all about.
