Realistic Robotic Sheep Dogs to scare the deer off

The deer have become completely ubiquitous in our neighborhoods.

Using a combination of Aibo and robotic lawn mowing technology, create robotic guards that would scare the deer away, by rolling around the grass and barking loudly whenever they detect an animal (using infrared heat sensors).

Wake up to a freshly mowed lawn and uneaten hedges.

Comes in the Black Bear model for those persistent bucks.

Built in pellet targeting system optional.

For the bored country kids in your neighborhood.....DeerCrow tipping.

This means I have to listen to the lawn mower all night ?

Since it's a lawn mower, they'd have to be careful.

//This means I have to listen to the lawn mower all night ?//

If the barking was loud enough, you'd never hear the mower.

Deer -- Ha!
Just wait until they're all on your roof and then run away with the ladder.

You would put DeerAibo out in the evening. It would finish mowing within a couple of hours, so overnight should not be a problem.

Barking would of course only happen if the deer actually come.
