Why isn't this available? Or is it?

Remove the fuser. The toner still won't disappear by itself, but the more the printout is handled, the less you'll be able to read it.

You could also print on black paper, but you wouldn't get the same effect.

Where I work we remanufacture old toner cartridges for sale. The only way I could think to do it would be to change the formula of the Toner (ie, remove a lot of the phosphates) so that the Toner would be very sensitive to light and fade. I don't know how long it would take. Maybe about 6 months to a year. That's how the invisible inks work anyway.

If memory serves me . . . The KGB had a really good disappearing ink for pens and such. If conditions were good, it would slowly fade from black to invisible in about a week. Possibly it could be adapted to work for toner too.
