Famous Wreck Backyards   (+9, -1)  [vote for, against]
For the pool scuba enthusiast

Replicas of famous wrecks available for your own pool.

They had a band, but you have 8 channel surround playing in the backyard.

Likely solid (i.e. without penetratable chambers) to ensure safety.

Optional breathing chambers using dive bell technology for the more adventurous types with larger pools.

Be careful in placing your wrecks....... http://www.saintbre...nsept00/yukon9.html
........it doesn't always go as planned [normzone, Mar 24 2005]

Would this just be the wrecked ship, or would it reenact the entire shipwreck scene? If the later, wouldn't the icebergs make your pool a little chilly?

Hmm, good question, [World]. Trying to avoid the "this was baked by Louis in Versailles" tag, I'll stick to settled wrecks on the pool floor.

Very nice! It needs some interesting things to discover inside, like old log books, small artifacts and treasures, and of course, the inevitable skeleton behind door #2. Far more entertaining than my usual requests. “I see you’re a diver. Do you think you could recover the electronics from my sunken boat? I’ll pay you... Who me? - insurance fraud? - nooo, never.”
