An inversion of the Handbag Hook idea this is an add-on or built-in clip that hooks on to the carrying straps of a purse, lunch bag or what have you. Once attached to the carrying straps, it provides a clip one can use to secure your baggage to your clothes.

Note that one needn't attach the baggage at the shoulder and that more than one clip can be connected to the carrying straps if needed.
