Your scale model remote control SAM truck tracks the target and simply press the appropriate button on the remote to launch a missile, blowing it to smithereens. A little effort required in setup, but otherwise a sunny afternoon of mindless fun. For military enthusiasts, hillbillies and eccentrics. Expensive and illegal, just what we, the public, like.

Do they not already do this along the Afghan/Pakistan border, only it's wedding parties that are the targets, and the missiles are of the air to surface variety?
