Surround sound Audio Descriptions   (+3)  [vote for, against]
Help the vision-impaired enjoy TV more

Some new BBC broadcasts include audio descriptions, to fill the gaps in then normal dialogue.

Thug1: " 'Ere Aurthur, what are you doing over there?" Narration: Arthur picks up a hammer from the table, and starts to move towards the other room...

The audio for the narration, and radio broadcasts should be Surround Sound, to further enhance listening pleasure.

A friend suggested that HDTV should have high definition audio descriptions.
