silicone and titanium for cast iron

I like cast iron. It heats very evenly, is practically nonstick, lasts forever, and I needs it, precious.

But it is heavy. Some of my pans require two hands to lift, and there are times when I want move them while stirring.

I need a titanium stick, slightly bowed, with a big U at one end and little u at the other. Embedded in the little u, like the little end of a big taco, is a silicon heat-proof pad.

When you grab the handle of the pot with the pad, the little u rests under the base of the handle where it is attached to the pan. The big U fits against your hip. Now you can get your hip into the action of lifting and moving the skillet while you stir.

Comes with an early Tower of Power CD.

Sounds like a recipe for poached testicles.

Needs drawing, or it gets my NEJAB.

It's simply EJAB, of course (for "excess"). Then there's G-JAB for the "Goldilocks" condition.
