License Plate Automatic Covers
Whenever you get in a car accident and its your fault, just press the "auto plate" button, and a little shield comes down and covers your plates... you drive off and lose the person and voila! This can also be substituted with the "Rotating Plates" button which enables a driver to speed, run away from a cop, and change the plates at the turn w/out anyone noticing.
