There is only the space to create pristine annotations here, (like this one) with no idea to provide any distractions.

So, do you think ten dots are best? Personally I'd've gone for either three (ellipsis), or twelve for divisibility.
MaxwellBuchanan, Jan 11 2019

A prime number of dots is my preference. Also, I'm not a fan of capitalising the initial letters of all the words in the idea title - there's no need. I tend to go for all lower-case idea titles or just the first letter of the idea title capitalised (unless, of course, it contains a proper name).

       This annotation has been used!

Well, given that there are currently ten dots, and in honour of Goldbach's conjecture, they could be spaced as pairs of primes, i.e.

More dots may appear or disappear. It would be a good idea to conduct a regular check. Other symbols may also show up at random. Because there is no idea, only the annotations, anything is possible.

[Max-B] I think perhaps you are proposing a new punctuation symbol, the "Goldbach ellipsis".
hippo, Jan 11 2019

       His ellipses are sealed.
xenzag, Jan 11 2019

Well, I'm not really in favour of new punctuation names. In particular, I hate full stops, period.

This is certainly better than some ideas I've seen recently.

How do you feel about interrobangs?!

If it's anything like that free water-boarding lesson I fell for count me out.
