A series of planned meals over a period of time that is very healthy but that bypass the pleasure of eating by not tasting good. Not enough to be hard to eat but basically neutral, bland, nothing sweet or tasty so it does become a chore to eat. But when the meal is finished, the dieter's stomach is full,
they're just not happy.
Hormones like ghrelin (inducing hunger) and leptin (signaling fullness) would be properly activated with this diet. These chemical signals are put out of whack by additives in food designed to make you eat more food, sugar being the main culprit. Healthy food, you eat it till you get full. Sugar based stuff does the opposite. You eat a donut your body wants another donut. You eat a plate full of low carb protein sludge (and the names would be along those lines) you're just happy you finished it, lunch is over, thank God.
Now I didn't do any research and I'm absolutely sure this is probably the most baked idea ever but I felt like typing. The soothing click of the keys, the low level anger at not knowing how to spell ghrelin.
Now I'll name the food included in the 30 day Doctorremulac3 totally healthy just not good tasting diet:
Protein Gruel
Veggie Slop
Fish Mush
Chicken Brick
Turkey Pulp
Dead Cow Grindings
Green Goo
Egg Paste
Pig Wad
Spinach Slurry
Actually you could "dead" to everything that's dead which would probably help.
This was inspired by watching the show "My 600 Pound Life" where sad people get the only joy in life from food, then turn into 600 pound unhappy people except when they're eating. This might help or remove their only joy in life. Dunno, but might be worth a shot.
