Blubbercicles

A Tasty Treat for Inuit Kiddies
  (+4)
(+4)

A 3/4 inch slab of Whale Blubber is cut in the approximate shape of a Popcicle. A stick is plunged into one end, then the Blubbercicle is frozen. After the item is frozen solid, it is briefly plunged into a vat of melted chocolate. finally, the product is slipped into a colorful wrapper and offered for sale at Northern Stores and Co-Ops and marketed to Inuit parents and their progeny.

A more whale-friendly version could probably be made from pork fat. [+]

Correction; ... already has been made from pork fat: see link.

       First, catch your whale </beeton>

The beauty part of this business plan is that you only need one whale. A medium size blue whale will yield 35+ tons of blubber on average. With the average weight of a popsicle around 3.5oz, your yield, after processing and waste, over 321,000 pops, conservatively.

Given the limited market somewhere above 60°N, this is probably more than you could ever sell. Storage would be the biggest problem, and polar bears. To say nothing of the pairing of cacao and blubber.
