No pump. No refill. No touch.

This is an extremely shallow funnel with a perforated screen that screws onto a standard dish soap neck. A central tube picks up dish soap and squirts it up and over the screen. It is primed by squeezing the jar to express a covering of dish soap over the screen. The excess trickles down through an opening back into the jar.

Now just a touch of the dish brush, sponge, or rag is needed to recharge with soap, and you only have squeezed anything once. It’s one-handed and economical. No pump, no refill, no touch.
