Cherry Tree

Sex

Chop down this cherry tree after you have sex for the first time. Your parents planted the seed when you were born and now you have become a man (or woman). Examine the rings, and relate them to your childhood years, feel the leaves and cherries, symbolizing your childhood. Take the pit out of a cherry and have it symbolize the new incredible panic you have that this seed symbolizes the individual sperm that may gotten through the condom and that you may have to plant it yourself in nine months. If she (you're) pregnant, hold onto it and the cycle begins again, if not, hold onto it as an awkward gesture, reminiscent of the act itself.

       What would it symbolize if the tree gets honey fungus?

       Were it representative of my pre-coital years, it would definately be hard wood ... and have the bark skinned off daily. [+]

       What if you chop it down any time not in the late summer? What if the birds strip all the fruit off?

       Thanks for sharing, Mike. Bless.

       Newton contemplating gravity under his virginity tree would be sort of a chicken and egg type thing.

       That would be an awkward conversation with the parents, when you chop down the tree at age 15...

       Nice summary.

       //Chopping it down is a bit drastic//

       And unrealistic in today's day and age. When was the last time you met a 12 year old who knew how to use an axe?

       What if someone chops down your tree, would you have to rush out and have sex? Will this lead to the development of new euphemisms? (e.g. "Why don't I take you back to my place and chop down your tree?")

       ...so this doesn't have anything to do with George Washington?

       Oh i get it, lose your cherry(tree)

       how about a tree that takes 25 years to reach full height, then the day you lose your virginity u can chop it down and have it weighed and you get $5 for every pound that it weighs, kind of an incentive. and if you lose it early and dont tell your parents your friends wont believe you because your tree is still up.

       If instead of Cherry the analogy were made of a sugar Maple tree then as with the cells in the human body..If instead of chopping it down, you go seven years between tappings, it grows back.

       Keep the cherry tree plant more than one and make a cherry icy instead.
