Cocktail Weenie Buns

To make tiny hot dogs!

A miniature bun so you can make bite-sized hot dogs. Normal cocktail weenies are used for the meat. Have a dozen mini-dogs for dinner tonight! Yum!!

       Baked, in australia, you can buy 'bake at home' pre-cooked dinner rolls that are the perfect size, we made mini hot dogs from these for a birthday party (a 20th that was kiddies part themed, very scary!)

       ...and the whole idea of tiny hot dogs are a regular item at product launches. The yearly Microsoft product launch, for example, usually has tiny chinese food boxes, tiny fish and chip packets in mini newspapers and yes, tiny hot dogs.   

       Baked. No tiny croissant for you.

       Yes, in the US what PHD describes is usually called "a pig in a blanket" and they are very widely available as reheatable hors d'oeuvres.
