These are cheap, consumer grade drones that fly around autonomously seeking out Flock cameras. Once they find one, they use a grasper arm to latch onto it and block its view. Using a camera and basic onboard AI to detect the arrival of people likely to try removing it, it takes off and hovers a few hundred
feet above until they give up and go away. Then it latches right back on, keeping itself charged with a solar panel.
