 Make Viewing Ideas Less Of A Puzzle

Although there is no real problem with halfbakery's current layout, in the interest of ease and speed of reading the 'recent 3' or 'recent 5' (and so on...) if there was a horizontal rule seperating each idea. This is just so that ideas which take up 2 or 3 lines in a table column don't ever appear to be 2 or 3 seperate ideas, which they often do.

       Try changing your view options. I don't think most people use the 'recent 3' thing anymore.

       If we actually think about it... the recent 3 fits nicely at 1024x768. An <hr> would make it possibly 1/3 to 1/2 longer, and so mean scrolling. Although I'm used to scrolling as I use the recent 5, I still think that any more scrolling would just be annoying.
You can normally work out where ideas are, either by votes (i.e. croissant/fishbone positions), font weight, background or the URL hover in the status bar. I think anything else is just overcomplicating it a bit.

       Chard: I tried that for a while when making big flash thingies or doing web desgin, when a big screen is helpful. And itwas helpful. Unfortunately, ever since then my system has been incapable of scrolling properly. I also found 1152 a bit too big, making things a bit too small. It sort of overloaded my 4mb video card, too. But who knows, maybe I'll try it again some day.
