Kitchen for One, Please

This is an app that takes any recipe and recalculates it for one person cooking one portion.

Users input scans, voice instructions, photos, vid clips, etc and the app takes into consideration the prep and cook time, temp, and, of course, the reworked ingredient quantities.

Simply double for two people.

       Does the idea perhaps belong in an app category? The concept stirs no hunger in me. It does not measure up.

       What if a recipe-for-4 requires 2 eggs?
Cooking 1 meal at a time is horribly inefficient; also purchasing small quantities of ingredients can be a nightmare...
My solution (as a guy who lives alone) is to make good use of my freezer. Generally, when I cook there's 7-10 helpings, extras separated & frozen.
