Lightning talk meethouse

 In a city centre there is a building with a room full of circular tables and small groups of people can sit at. Persons at each table hold a 15 minute lightning talk to the others seated. Then everyone votes whether they want to hear more or don't. Then everyone changes positions according to the vote outcome
