Would they let you get away with a bag of liquid? No need for "specific shape" then. You could have the bottom roll up & clamp to reduce volume explicitly if needed. |

Bag of liquid? Maybe Im not fully informed but the way I understand d the rules is: |

- liquid containers can not exceed 100ml
- those containers themselves have to fit into 1000 ml bag (provided at the airport) |

So you cant have a bag of liquid unless its under 100ml. Even though right now theoretically you could carry 1000 ml of liquids you cant because the little liquid bottles have lot of dead space between them. |

I suggest you do your research and you'll find I'm right. "Passengers can now keep liquids in their hand luggage or cabin bag when flying from the majority of UK airports." It's the same in Ireland. I'm not sure about the main European airports, but they're generally quite advanced in all aspects of security and design. |
