Mummy Robot Wrap is a machine containing two robot arms featuring nimble fingers that will wrap any object inserted like an Egyptian Mummy. Here's how it works:
The machine is quite large so it's placed where there is sufficient room - like a bigger department store. Users begin the process of
having an item wrapped by choosing from a number of options regarding colour and material type. After making contactless payment, the object is fed into the machine via a hatch and conveyor belt.
Once securely inside, the hatch closes and an articulated camera examines it from all angles. This is quickly followed by the action of the robot arms dexterously wrapping it carefully in the manner of a mummification. ie with continuous strips of the paper of choice. This is secured in place with decorative tape and wax seals.
Once complete, the protective outer hatch opens and the mummified present is conveyed for collection. Merry Christmas to all.

The branch supports for 3d printing are sometimes rather intricate and strangely beautiful and to me look like roots... ...then they get snapped off and thrown in the trash. |
