Onion ring glovebox

This thing would be a small food cart, hopefully small enough to tow by bicycle.

It would be a glovebox (an enclosed box with a clear window and gauntlet gloves) that would contain all the ingredients and tools to prepare onion rings (and closely related foods such as red pepper rings). A propane-fired deep fryer or air fryer would be in an adjacent compartment accesible from the prep area.

The idea being to protect the operator from noxious onion fumes, and to protect the food from contamination by airborne debris or handling.

Another desirable feature would be a recipe consisting only of ingredients that do not require refrigeration i.e. a breading binder without eggs.
