I’d just have sparkling LEDs though, bright random flashes seem like they’d be pretty annoying. [+] though.

Add a sprinkler, and you get Sprinkle and Flash shoes.

They're good as long as you don't sprain your ankle. In which case one could say you are wearing sprankle shoes.
