This not a thing you can do within an existing spreadsheet program; you would have to hack the code of the spreadsheet program itself to enweird the whole presentation part of it, while retaining the original logical structure of cells and their relationships.
As the data erodes your will to live,
you can respond by making it into a butterfly.
