Tensegrity Structure Wind Spinner

 Spinning parts appear to be floating.

Almost invisible plastic filament supplies structure through tensegrity. (see link) The pre-stressed blades would be aerodynamically shaped such that the wind would make the whole thing spin but with each part appearing to be suspended in mid air separate from the other spinning parts.

Would look like magical floaty spinny thingies.
